An award-winning sports broadcaster for over 17 years, Quiñones is a rising Blow-by-Blow voice for boxing and is quickly establishing himself as one to watch in the comcast sports game game for his unique and passionate broadcasting and interviewing style. 

He is currently creator and CEO of Journeymen Boxing and host of “Double Jab Radio” on JMB TV. He is also the exclusive broadcast partner of USA Mid-Atlantic Amateur Boxing, New Jersey Golden Gloves and freelance lead blow-by-blow voice for various online outlets as well as TV, including the Comcast Network, Comcast Sportsnet and SNY in New York.

Richard is also host of  “Midday’s w/Q” on 97.3 ESPN FM Radio in South Jersey weekdays from 12-2PM. 

In close to two years of being GFL.TV’s exclusive boxing voice for the East Coast, Richard has called over 250 bouts, including several regional title bouts, the 87th & 88th Annual New York Daily News Golden Gloves, the 2015 New Jersey Golden Gloves Finals and the first ever All-Pro female boxing card in North American history, where he was personally handpicked by Nordic Coliseum Women’s Boxing Promoter David Damphouse.

In 2015, he was nominated for several various broadcasting awards for his TV work by the Delaware Press Association, where he took home 1st place and second place in many categories. He captured second place for “Best Sports Podcast” nationally via the NFPW.

He has hosted GFL’s Combat Sports Live show and was also lead blow-by-blow voice for CFFC MMA and CFFC.tv where he called several high-profile title fights.

Richard is a huge advocate for retired boxers to get assistance as well as Women’s Boxing. In the summer of 2014, he called Tori Nelson’s WIBA title fight against Mia St. John. He recently partnered up with the WIBA to help promote female boxing and give more exposure to the  fighters.

Richard is also the exclusive ringside blow-by-blow voice for “Tuesday Night Fights” in Philadelphia, PA and has called the action ringside for Lou DiBella’s famed “Broadway Boxing” Series. He was recently elected as a member of the BWAA and is on the board of directors for the Atlantic City Pal in New Jersey.
